Salary Rating Posts

Lately seeing a lot of salary rating posts there are 2 fundamental issues with it:

#These kind of posts are flooding the feed which is kind of irritating

These posts are not helping anyone, I can hardly see any context in any post; it is just salary, year of exp, and rating. Without some context these posts are so meaningless
