Salary = 2*Experience Is this a myth? I could see a lot of 0-5 experienced getting 20-35LPA, however I could not achieve it though I switch companies once in 3 yrs. If getting 20-35LPA is true, the work load will also be heavy which is obvious. Then why are we normalising such heavy salary and work load?

Yes, it's a myth. Salaries vary widely. High pay often means heavy workload. Frequent job switches don't guarantee high salaries. It's not the norm for everyone.
