Once u join TCS then growth depends upon--> Technical knowledge U r silent person or aggresive How manager knows you How ur luck in last quarter Jan - Mar Ur proactive attitute towards growth How early u adjust in Tcs
Tips: It does not matter what ur doing in Tcs Dev/test/support Stick to one coding langauage java/.net/python Every day write one logic 4 line of code and merge ur code in Github at eod. Once u done for one year i will make sure u will get onsite in TCS or better job out side. Every day write 2 line abt ur day in Tcs . What u hav done 2day ..70% cases u have not got a single word abt what u have done in a whole day becoz of process and dependencies. But u can make a note of that process because i will 100% sure when u go out of Tcs this process knowledge help u to be a good manager becoz u can be define process for anything.
