Hi Everyone, I’m heading into a salary discussion with Target for a Senior Analyst role and would appreciate some guidance from this community. I have 7 years of experience and my current CTC is 19 LPA.
I’d like to understand: What is the typical salary range for a Senior Analyst at Target (India)? What would be a realistic and competitive expectation in this case? How much room is generally available for negotiation?
