Like, For CL-9 ~ 15 LPA to 20 LPA For CL-8 ~ 20 LPA to 24 LPA

Being in CL 9 i can say that this info is incorrect. There is no upper or lower limit. It depends on the project budget and ur talent in negotiations. I am in consulting and my package is way higher.

I feel they only set the maximum limit, minimum limit is not their
In few cases HR will make it and get good incentives
Like,
For CL 11 - 9.25 LPA is maximum other than VP
