Hi people at Accenture Technology & Song,
I am currently in Accentute technology and recently got an invitation for an interview for accenture song role.
Recruiter said that the post successful interview you would have the role at song at same level (9) and same pay.
Should I switch to Accenture song ? If yes why if no why not pls help. TIA

Reddit: At a high level Song is the rebrand of Interactive. There is more to it than as other groups were moved to Song in the reorg last Fall.
The current groups are:
- S&C (combination of Strategy, Consulting, and a part of digital)
- Tech (old tech + part digital)
- Operations
- Song (Interactive + parts of digital)
In general tech is technology implementation, song is design and customer, operating is tech and financial activities, S&C is more traditional consulting.
