What is the salary of a 9.5 year of experience rpa developer (Automation Anywhere) now a days with 1 year gap in between. This is my 3rd company.

What Salary will I expect if I go on Maternity leave in next 1 year, and then switch company after 3-4 month of return. I have learnt power automate, prepared for azure ai engineer certification.

My previous ctc was 8 pa. Now I am at 15.3. I am wondering how the previous 1year gap and the recent future ml gap will reflect on the resume and salary
