I think you forgot to add the word "below" before "average".

Actual Client Payment revealed accidently- I got to see the payment made to myself from client side on my manager's screen while in call with him.Ig he might have realised this by now but he didn't say anything yet to me. I is €162/working day.So for a month it was coming as €3.2k or €3.4k something.But per day payment part I am cent percent sure.Wild isn't it? and we are getting so so low and no hikes for years after years.

I think everyone voted based on their own salary...so it's not a true data that will come out..
