
Salary Parity needed in TCS

None of this will happen. No point discussing.

It will happen soon. Parity is applicable in TCS. You just have to push it again n again.

Promotion also happens in TCS. But how does it happen in TCS, we all know.
If TCS comes up with definite terms and criteria, everyone will be happy. But that wont happen. Same way whatever you mention may happen. But it is of no use if it is not proper.

Why tf do you need parity

I will soon post here after implementing. I understand your message, budget, manager bla bla. These piece of craps like people to work on low package. But kab tak. I am into it to get parity pay thing for me. My promotion they are saying will do in this cycle. I have written communication. But for parity i am in talks with them. Promotion i denied. I want them to initiate parity pay. I am bit critical for them after seeing the my project wants people to stay. Also escalating to all levels one by one.
