Recently hired 6 yrs+ backend developer at your salary.

Since the criteria mentioned in the question is years of experience, you are almost at the upper range of what a company would pay someone like you. And my suggestion would be to not benchmark yourself with few outliers.

People who brag here or LinkedIn are generally outliers. They don't represent general population. So, be very realistic about the what value you have brought to the table and what do you get in return.

Tell me this, what do you bring to the table? What are your KPIs and OKRs and how much above and beyond do you go?
