Salary Package for AI

Having 6+ years of experience in payments and completed M.Tech in AI & ML. So what’s roles can I expect in Industry whose offering AI roles and how much salary packages can I expect. Current package would be under 10LPA. Should I go for IJP in Infosys or switch for better salary and roles.
