Salary of VC | Entry level role

I will be joining IvyCap ventures soon at Investment Analyst role but the salary is below expectation (below 20lpa)

I am from a Top 7 IIT and have worked in Venture Capital part time basis for 2 years during college time

any recommendations folks? target new fund? talk to HR etc etc

i’m guessing you got through the pre-mba programme. tier 2 vcs pay between 16-21 lpa to their analysts.

you can negotiate but don’t expect a massive jump. best of luck!

as a matter of fact, even vcs like matrix and blume pay around 22-24. those sky high salaries are received at the associate level.

btw, 18 lpa for barely any work is a good deal man! have fun!
