Salary of C3B
Hi All, Can you please share your Salary if you are a C3B. I know I am much underpaid. I will start with mine- 13.39 lpa.
I got 21LPA when I joined TCS two years ago with 11YOE. I asked 22LPA, but the asshole HR spewed some bullshit and got it reduced by 1LPA, but from his response it was obvious 22LPA was approved, he just was trying to see if that can be reduced further.
Left the company in a year because of politics and the employee friendly policies 😀

19YOE, 18L CTC. C3B. This is with regular and timely promotions. Mostly A & B bands. But post Covid things are going tits up for TCS, regular yoy decrease in hike and less qva since last 3 qtrs now. I am a functional associate not technical. I guess its time to switch now.

Same case as mine. 16 years in TCS with 16.5L CTC and the take home is just 89K. I m from Anna university was with all timely promotion till today ( Mostly A and B band. I have never got C in my last 16 years). 6 years on-site was my only one savings till today!
ok, then what is the salary range for C4 who are in TCS for more than 12 + years?
In house TCSers salary is between 0.8 to 1.2 times yoe

If your oldyy of tcs,u must accept the we are underrrrpaid..current market in 21 has changed the faith of IT.. either u switch other company or accept reality and work as per ur pay.. Joined as fresher in TCS 15yoe,package 12lpa .C,B women associate had to change multiple projects due to personal reason(transfer, marriage, pregnancy,child care etc got B fr first yr of proj then had to take release obviously it's C band..so miss promotion,hike..prove urself again get B,get release due to some reason,get C...goes on,)
