Salary not paid by startup!

I worked with an early stage startup for 3.5 Years. Since this January they started facing a fund crunch and delayed our salaries. I left the job in May but till date they haven't paid me 3 months salary. Upon asking they say they don't have funds to pay salary, we will pay when we close our funding round. What should I do in this case. Should I wait and hope they will pay or just forget about it any suggestions?

Simple rule, if your NP is 2 months and you didn’t get 2 months salary - just abscond

The same has been done by Dunzo. They didn't pay people salaries for more than 3 months and FnF for anyone leaving as well. It's been more than 1 year now and people still haven't got paid. If there are a bunch of you, you should file a labour court complaint as well as a police complaint.
