Salary not credidated feb 2025. I received my payslip on 27th feb. But i didnt got salary credited at my bank acc. Many ppl from our batch havent got sal. Some asked hr, hr replied its been on hold. Can hr hold salaray without any warning or informing?

Talk to your DM Directly, and explain the same, and say this will affect your performance. Because you need money for living and have no savings, and delay your deliveries and stop attending calls , then who comes to you for asking about deliveries, say the same and include HR on every calls and mails

She they put sal on hold ? Hr didnt even infoemed me
That doesn't happen out of nowhere. Follow it up with HR. get the exact reason for the same.
She told sal on hold as i didnt joined the project that she allocated for us. I joined another project at my hometown(kol) due to own medical reason which i mentioned n number of time to her and took instead of the project she offered at another loc.
Is it possible?
