Trending @Cognizant; Salary normalisation!

I worked in bpo for 7 years and switched to IT in 2025 Jan, my pay scale is very less, shall I ask my manager for salary normalisation, I joined in IT as Programmer and this march I was promoted to Programmer analyst, and got only 8%hike my current package was only 4.5LPA, is there any chance to increase my salary ?
