Salary Negotiations in Capegemini

I currently work for BOSCH and my CTC is 9.5LPA. My overall experience is 6 Years.

My technical rounds are completed and I am expecting a salary negotiation in a couple of days.

I am expecting 18-19 LPA. Will that be possible in Capegemini? Can someone help me here.

6 years in Capgemini it means 8-9 hardly

It totally depends on the tech skills you bring on table. If the demand is high and people are less with that skill then you can get this otherwise CG may not provide 100% hike on your current CTC. Notice period also matters. Immediate joiners can get more than what usually offered for same role to others. You can aim 50% hike on your CTC for getting offer but worth to ask which you quoted and negotiate smartly.
