Salary Negotiations guidance

I am planning to switch from Accenture. My current CTC is 8 LPA (7.15 LPA fixed). I am targeting a GCP Data Engineer role. At present, I have two offers: • CTS: 11.5 LPA (11 LPA fixed) • EY: 11 LPA I would like to understand how much more I can realistically expect and how I should negotiate with these companies. Any suggestions or guidance would be very helpful.
