Salary negotiations

Hi All,

Currently I am having a salary within ₹9LPA TO ₹12LPA. if I want to get a job abroad how much should I negotiate for it. Please mention it in dollars. Thanks for helping.

Check purchase power parity multiplier. Just multiply it with your current salary and ask for a 30% more raise on that.

Example :- lets assume US is 8 times costlier than India. Then multiply 12*8 = 96 add another ~30%. ~1.3cr = $150k
