Salary negotiations Bangalore

Is 42lakhs fixed pay + 6lakhs fixed bonus + variable performance based bonus a good hike compared to 28lakhs fixed pay+ around 2lakhs variable bonus. And also the switch I am getting is in Bangalore and my current company is in Pune.
