Salary negotiations

6.5 years total experience in IT, relevant in data field 4.5 years. Current CTC 9.5 lpa. If I switch to EY, what could be a good negotiation point? I have an amount in mind 20. Is that way too much? Or I am thinking wrong? Any opinion and guidance is welcome. Thanks in advance.
