Salary Negotiation Tareget

Hi , Please help resolve this dilemma . I recently joined Target few weeks back ( CTC : x lpa ( base + annual bonus ) ) . I got an offer from another company ( privately held ) providing remote and base/ CTC is also higher , ( CTC : x + 6 lpa base , some unlisted stocks ) . I need remote for a year due to very important family reason . Can I negotiate with target or simply resign and join another company ?
