Salary Negotiation strategy with Cognizant

I have over 4 years of experience as an Azure Data Engineer at Accenture with a base pay of 5.35 LPA. I am currently trying to switch companies. I have cleared the technical round at Cognizant and have received an email for the HR round. However, I do not have any information regarding their budget, and I do not have any other offers in hand at the moment.
