current company capgemini D1 grade current ctc 27lpa offer in hand 37 lpa TCS BNPP interview in process
need to know whether I can get a hike in current company capgemini with the offer in hand ? because I see capgemini better than TCS for WLB as it's hybrid .If so what's the process. also what's the current trend in CTC FOR testmanager roles
Just have a chat with your manager first. Usually if you have an offer in hand, they try to match. But can't say for you because for Capgemini 37lpa is too much
Yes CG should match as as per current market 37 LPA is not that big amount. Many people with 12 years getting 40 LPA
