Salary negotiation! HELP!!

I have been interviewing at a startup. Initially I told my expectations to be 38LPA Later came to know, they pay much more.

Have cleared all the interviews, how can I negotiate for more salary?

Current compensation - 27LPA Yoe - 6.5 Role: Senior frontend engineer

27 to 38 is a decent ask. Tell them that you bring in this year if experience and abilities and how you will help the company and help yourself and your colleagues .

Which startup is giving this salary in current market slump? I am also applying as Senior Frontend Engineer but salaries have saturated in range of 30 LPA
