Hi, I recently get an offer of fullstack developer at Qualcomm. Currently working as Engineer at Micron having 2+ yeo including internship My current TC 17 fixed Qualcomm offering 22 base + 16k stocks Can anyone help me out what should I ask them as I was expecting 25+ as base. Thank you

You can try to negotiate with HR on these terms. They might release a fresh offer letter if it's feasible for them.

  2. What was the tech stack that you were using in Micron, was it same of what Qualcomm is?
  3. How many and what all rounds were there?
  4. What were they focusing on different rounds of hiring?

@Ghoul just say you were expecting 25 base. And if this is done you will accept the offer as soon as you get it. They won't let a candidate go because of 3 lakhs.
