Salary Negotiation

I have completed 2 rounds of interview(technical) they are satisfied with my answers and Im confident that I will be moved to the final HR round.

I need your help in negotiation:

am thinking to ask 17LPA FIXED having 3 years experience as OCI Admin at Kpmg with 8.75 LPA FIXED.

Is this a fair negotiation to ask. Please feel free to suggest any alternatives. Thank you.
