Salary Negotiation
I’ve cleared all rounds for a Database Developer role at KPMG. With 3.2 years of SQL/PostgreSQL experience, my current CTC is ₹4.92 LPA, and I’ve been offered ₹6 LPA (~22% hike). I was expecting ₹7.5–8 LPA based on my experience. I’ve asked for a revision — any tips on negotiating? Should I accept or wait for a better offer?
