Salary Negotiation
Hi everyone, I’ve received an offer from TCS, and my current employer has matched it. I’m wondering if TCS is open to negotiating the offer in such cases. I have 2.9 yoe. Has anyone had experience with this, and would you recommend initiating a discussion around it?

Forget it, seriously. TCS being one of the worst places to work right now. Go to Google and search TCS news, u will see the shares, the growth, hikes, everything declining. I'm myself will be switching in some time.
One more thing there's no flexibility here, 5 days wfo. Come on, i would even take 2-5 lpa less to do remote/ hybrid work
