Hi folks, looking for some guidance from the community. I’m a 32-year-old Network Engineer with 10.5 years of experience, currently working in Noida (which is also my only location preference). Skill set: Load Balancers (F5 / ADC) Network Security (Firewalls) Wireless Routing & Switching Current CTC: ₹23 LPA Offer in hand: ₹32 LPA (Noida) Status: Cleared 3 more technical interviews, HR rounds pending LWD: 23rd Jan Given the market, experience, and having an offer already, what would be a reasonable and strong salary expectation to quote for Noida-based roles? Would ₹36–38 LPA be realistic, or should I position differently? Appreciate insights from people who’ve recently negotiated similar roles. Thanks!
