Salary Negotiation

So after 2-4 rounds of interview rounds, I got LOI from Deloitte USI. They are giving 14 fixed + Variables.(0-10%) Is this good or got low balled. Offered role: Java Microservice Consultant. Exp: Almost 4yrs

Current CTC: 9.2 LPA.

For an average performer, 100% is variable is paid .. meaning 10% of your fixed will be paid ..

Most of the years that I have stayed, been the case.

This year, people have got lesser !
