Salary negotiation

I am being offered 10 LPA for 5.3 years of experience in Automation Testing by Cognizant. My current CTC is 7.8 LPA and working in TCS. Is it a fair offer?

I have completed 4 yrs in tcs mine is touching approx 11 its 10.8 something Maybe if u dont want to switch try Wings
Mine increased because of that
