Salary Negotiation

I need advice to negotiate on salary for below company. Please suggest. Current fixed - 15.5 Current Ctc - 17 Current Company - Deloitte USI YOE - 5.3

I have Hr discussion pending for below company. How much they can give and which will be better to join?

1- Siemens Energy 2 - Accenture 3 - Persistent

20-22 base fixed is minimum but if you tell your tech stack can guide you better Cause I know people getting 27-28 as well for 5 YOE but yeah that depends on tech stack and companies as well.
