Hard to interview for these kind of positions. You need to be either promoted internally because you are that good at what you do, or you need to have some ownership stake in your business.
US based companies do to give ESOPS but they do not vest as quickly, so they are like golden handcuffs.
Don’t chase after salary because tbh, life doesn’t change after 35-40LPA - only your lifestyle inflates.
Focus on finding what you like to do and keep doing that, and eventually people will pay you what you want/deserve.
Salary game is endless.
