I work for a US Startup from Bangalore.
Base - $120k
So 10k USD per month. After Indian taxes & PF, my in-hand is around 5 Lakhs Per Month.

Basically kahani ka saar. So many people on such high variable pay and equity and consider it as part of their CTC. The next job barely will. Please fight back. Your variable should be 10-20% of total CTC max (unless you're revenue or sales in which case it should be 100-200% of fixed). Don't let companies katao you. Pehle ki tax se itna katta ta, notional CTC ki MKC.
