I’d made this thread last year and it went big. Helped me get a better benchmark of salary options outside, although I could never move to a new job.
So here goes again: I’m okay with feeling low about my pay, as long as I get to know what to aspire towards.

I find the apps interface for salary comparison quite crude at this point in dev cycle. Hence let's see if we can get a list of actual salaries going here. I'll start, data scientist with 9 yoe drawing 65 LPA delhi ncr.
