I got offer from Dunnhumby for lead applied data scientist position. I have 8.6 YOE experience. I have skillset traditional machine learning, python sql, a bit of pyspark. They are offering 26 fixed + 12.5% variable.

26 for 8.5 yoe imo is a bit low. I've a few people in my circle getting that for 5-6 yoe in DS.
