Salary Matching EY
Hi I got an offer from EY and I accepted the same. I got another offer from Cognizant with slight more increase in CTC compared to EY. My last working day is April 14. After I researched I get to know EY is better, Anyone knows EY will give a matching salary. What steps I need to follow
Bro, every company has cons and pro. As per my experience EY is better than Cognizant, it's been 3yrs I'm working with EY & i haven't met any serious work culture issues yet. But yeah I'm also hearing about bad work culture but it depends on the project and project manager. This applies for every company.
Bro EY is better , really??? Being an EY employee and being honest with you this is the worst company i have worked with. Toxic work culture, no support from managers as managers are just client puppets and always on their billing side. Even if you take 2 or 3 days of continuous leave they will not allow you to take
EY does give you a counter offer, inform the recruiter/HR that you have another offer, still wish to join EY if they can match this offer
Very bad not preferable to normal human beings. If you think you can handle stress, pressure without any cause then welcome to EY
Bro EY is good as it's a big 4 company but culture is not good. If there's no enough projects they'll send you to pip and will terminate with no excuses. It's up to you bro what you want to do
