Salary level and grade at IDFC

Hey folks,

I just wanted to check if anyone can shed some light on F1 grade at IDFC FIRST Bank (the same is offered to me with 3 years of relevant workex as a relationship manager) and what’s the typical salary range?

Would really appreciate some honest inputs from those currently working there or who’ve recently moved out. Just trying to get a realistic idea before moving ahead with an opportunity.
