Salary is Reducing year on Year in TCS
Forget about Hikes , my salary and take home has reduced from what i earned three years back in TCS though i got Two B bands.
- Health insurance had increased
- 35% QVA only being given
- RTO is eating up fuel and other expenses
- My Home loan principal has reduced leading to more Income taxes
2022 joiners are so unlucky 1st year Anniversary appraisal no hike,2nd year - 2-6 % hike ,3rd year - No hike
Anyone else feel this take home salary going down like me??
Correct same for here if i asked for grade promotion as well like C3A i may not be able to get variable pay 100%
Just as a doubt c3 and c3a dont get variable pay? And its the amount which is paid quarterly correct? If its fine do tell how much it is mine is i think 6k

Corporate itself going worst… and considered to TCS will be more worst. Am advising for future generation Won’t prefer TCS.
Even i felt that but 1 lakh freshers are getting passed out each year , without companies like Tcs surely most of them wont get jobs .. Youngsters need tcs to get a job at least as a fresher . Mid size and product based hardly hire in small numbers. So TCS is making use of demand and supply
