How much can I expect in terms of CTC while switching. YOE 2 , GOLang backend developer. Currently I am getting 10LPA I have an offer of 17 LPA , how much can I stretch this offer? How much more can I ask I am expecting somewhere around 25 lpa is this reasonable?

17 is good for 2year if your in faang then only you will gate above 20

I think it depends company to company 20-25 seems very reasonable considering the shortage of good golang devs
