Trending @Accenture; Salary increment in Accenture

I have completed around 6 months in Accenture as an ASE (CL-12). Please someone seriously explain to me the various increment scenarios within the organization (both the default and techleap ones). I also want to know the percentage growth and timeframe (months) when these increments will take place. My CTC is 4.5 LPA (consisting of 25k joining bonus) and the fixed pay+variable pay is as follows:
