Salary Increment% after 6 months ?

Hey Guys Been working for 6 months at a startup. Worked with react and react native. Made an app in react from scratch for internal use. Added many features to the other two existing user apps. I've also made personal projects with nodejs. My company will soon start giving me backend work on nodejs. I work 6 days a week.

Currently getting paid 6 LPA inhand How much can I ask for aftwr 6 months? Please guide.
