Trending @Infosys; Salary increment

They increased effective jan for jl5 and below and effective april for jl6 and above. I don't think there will be any other appraisal increment this year.

Very slim chance. Atleast based on reaction CFO and CHR when asked this question in town hall. They conveniently said we have just completed the hikes. Hike cycle in Infosys was from April. Now no body has any idea when is the hike cycle . But don’t even dream about it till this December. Most likely they will go back to April in 2026
