Salary increment
My current CTC is 3.5lpa. and I get a 4.67 ipf rating for the FA Anniversary appraisal. What will be my new CTC and in hand salary?

@MagicalButterfly - Bholi duniya ke masoom log.. bhai/behna ye increment ke chakkar mein bilkul mat pado especially in TCS. Lookout for some good work/project -> Learn -> Move out of here -> Repeat till you get to some justifiable place where you can think to stay. 2-3 years are good enough time to learn and move. Believe me I learnt it the Hard Way.
