How much salary is increased if one completes Wings2 ?

Wings 2 assessment is categorised into 4 steps which is called as Power Play 1,2,3,4. If you pass these assessment with DISTINCTION then these are hike percentage you can expect.
If you pass power play 1 : 40% salary hike.
If you pass power play 2: 15% salary hike.
If you pass power play 3: 15% salary hike.
If you pass power play 4: 30% salary hike.
The learning process and evaluation is so rigorous that you get to complete all the power plays within 2 years with the specific role. If you fail to clear any of the Power plays within these 2 years then you have to #Restart again with different roles.
There are more criteria to it but I believe you read the policy document from the portal. 😅
Means if someone passes all power play, 100% salary will increase ??
