Trending @Accenture; Salary in notice period

Hello, I have resigned on October 20th and my LWD is January 18th , HR is asking me to submit January days myte also in December month itself ,can I submit it with December month or can I submit it on January?, I have a doubt if I submit it in December itself shall I get December salary or will they keep the salary on hold , because I need to plan the EMIs🥲 accordingly.
