Any idea about variable pay eligibility for who is in notice period?

1 st month

1st and last month salary will be on hold
Lets say you have resigned today then this month salary will kept on hold and you will get your salary for may and june months but july 2 days salary will be on hold. So now 1st month and july 2 days and your leave balance salary you will get as part of FNF.

First month salary will be on hold and you will get this hold salary in your FNF after 10-15 days of your LWD

1st month
