Salary hike staying in hcl

Hi everyone,

I’ve been selected for two projects at HCL — one with Google and another with Canada Bank. I’m trying to decide which one to choose.

Currently, my package is 16 LPA, and I have 7 years of experience. Can I request a 30% salary hike for the Google project?

Also, I have an external offer of 21 LPA from another company. Will HCL be willing to match this offer to retain me?
