Salary hike related
I have 3yrs+ work ex (C1 grade, 4.38, and last band - B, hopefully this year they will provide B only) and am planning to join MBA from IISWBM, what percentage hike I can expect?
Why planning to waste your time, money and efforts for MBA instead learn some new technology, earn a certification , get into a relevant project, have some hands on experience and then switch job in that area. Doing an MBA is a waste now-a-days, you will not learn any niche skills other than communication and presentation skills. Instead of wasting 2 yrs behind MBA give yourself 1 year for gaining new niche technical skill and trust me your career will flourish like a beautiful flower.
My friend completed MBA and joined back. TCS didn't give him a hike. After 6 months of fight he put his resignation today
